Beurremont 83% butter is made in Vermont using traditional European methods. The butter is made just hours after the milk is extracted from the cows, helping to give it’s wonderful flavor and creaminess. Extremely low in moisture, it contains 83% butter fat. Cultured, but with no added color or flavoring, it has a richer butter flavor with a higher melting point.
