Concentrated paste to variegate gelato and fill pastry.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68- 72ºF, 20- 22ºC)
Ingredients: Biscuits in pieces (30%): wheat flour, sugar, butter, salt, soy oil, sugar, low fat cocoa, soy flour, sweet whey powder, hazelnuts, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavoring.
Additional Notes: Stir well before each use. Protect from light and heat.
Applications: Variegation, garnishing, gelato cakes, cups, and dessert decoration.
Directions: Dosage: as desired. Combines well with white base, zabaione, vanilla, and amarena cherry gelato.
