  • Storage Conditions:  Dry and cool (68- 72ºF, 20- 22ºC)

    Ingredients:  Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla flavor.

    Additional Notes:  Sugar: 43% Cocoa mass: 30% Store in a dry place, away from foreign odors and protected from direct sunlight.

    Applications: Molding, dipping, enrobing, decoration.

    Directions: Melt using typical methods.
