Chef Rubber's macaron powder color is highly concentrated, so add small amounts at a time until desired depth of color is achieved. Hydrate the powder in egg whites before mixing into batter.

Chef Rubber Color contains: Lakes (Kosher) & Dyes (Kosher) of: FD&C; Blue#1, Blue #2, Red #3, Yellow #5, Yellow # 6, Red #40 &/or Titanium Dioxide as pursuant of the 21 CFR's, parts 170 through 199 including subchapters.
Storage Conditions: Keep dry and cool, around 68ºF - 72ºF (20ºC - 22ºC).
