Adds the rich, less acidic flavor of European yogurt to the finished product. Can be used independently or with many fruit flavors.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68- 72ºF, 20- 22ºC)
Ingredients: Dextrose, maltodextrin, yogurt powder, acidifiers: lactic acid, citric acid, flavoring, anticaking agent: silicon dioxide.
Applications: To flavor gelato base, creams, sauces, etc.
Directions: Dosage: 50 g/kg of base.
