Directions:
- 1000 g Yogo-Soft
- 3,500 gr. Milk
Dissolve Yogo-Soft in milk/yogurt stirring well to hydrate all ingredients and avoid lumps.
Allow the mixture 20 minutes to rest.
Process in a soft serve machine according to the manufacturer's instructions.
