Delivery, Shipping, and Handling
We offer free delivery to established customers in the greater Orlando area with no minimum order (including emergency orders.) We deliver all orders in Central Florida with our own trucks between 5:00a and 5:00p Monday through Friday. Emergency deliveries only on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. For deliveries to the outside of the Central Florida area (Daytona, St. Pete, Tampa, Jacksonville), there is a small $400 minimum.
We ship our products nationwide using UPS. We ship all items within two business days of receiving payment. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items. Some products do not ship well during warmer months. When placing your order through our website, you will see a "Order-Based Shipping Cost" option. We will contact you within one business day with an actual shipping price for your order. Flat-rate shipping is not easy to implement with our wide range of product weights and sizes, and this will allow us to quote an actual shipping price based on the product(s) you are shipping. There is a 5% handling fee applied to all online orders, to cover order administrative costs.

All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Desk. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Assistance Desk within 5 days of the invoice date to return any unused portion in its original container.
Some of our products are delicate and heat sensitive. We kindly ask that products be kept in the best possible condition by not discarding any packaging materials and/or gel packs that aid in maintaining product quality. Some returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Special Order Items
Special orders are taken on an individual basis by our Customer Service Desk. Artwork, setup, and additional shipping fees may apply and vary between products. There are no returns on special order items.
