Pure Vermont Granulated Maple Sugar is a ready made sugar made when every bit of water in the maple syrup is boiled away. It’s then stirred while very hot allowing any water that is left to evaporate as steam. The resulting dry pure granular maple sugar can be substituted one for one anywhere you use white processed granulated sugar. it imparts a smooth, rich maple flavor.


It’s a tongue tingling alternative to sugar or other sweeteners in coffee and tea. It’s also about twice as sweet to the taste as regular table sugar, so plan accordingly.   • Storage Conditions:  Dry and cool (68- 72ºF, 20- 22ºC)

    Ingredients:  Crystallized inverted sugar syrup (82%), Water (18%)

    Directions: As a replacement of part of sugars: croissant and brioche (25- 30%); soft doughs (30- 35%); white bread (20g per kilo of flour); dry cakes (4-5%); genoise, cakes, madeleine (5-10%); buttercream (25-40%). Should not be used for ice cream or sorbet.
