Dobla’s chocolate stick, Panatella Duo (Retro) is created using a thin layer of perfectly tempered white Belgian chocolate accented with a ribbon like stripe of milk Belgian chocolate. These chocolate panatella can be used as the finishing touch to your cakes, cupcakes and desserts and adds that finishing touch to all types of desserts, ice cream dishes and fancy drinks. The chocolate decorations produced by Dobla are gluten free and made with natural ingredients.
