Chef Rubber's Fat Dispersible Powder Color is a super concentrated liposoluble colorant for coloring fat based items that come out matte and opaque in appearance. Mix into fat based media such as chocolate, buttercream, cocoa butter, butter, etc, a little at a time to achieve desired depth of color.
