Martellato Velvet Spray gives your dessert fine and delicate decorations with a velvet-like sheen. This product is made of cocoa butter only and can be sprayed onto any frozen surface, such as ice cream, mousses and semifreddos.
Shake well before use. Spray from a 6 - 12 inch (15 - 30 cm) distance in thin, even layers. Clean the nozzle with warm water immediately after use.
