Velvet Spray Cocoa Butter

  • Shake well before using. Keep the product at room temperature (77°F / 25° C) for at least two hours before using. Warm up the can at a temperature of maximum 35°C in hot water to melt the cocoa butter and spray on products. Spray a thin and homogeneous layer of velvet spray on the surface to be treated from a distance of roughly 8 to 10 inches

    For use on food only and by confectioners only. Follow instructions and safety measures printed on can.

    May contain traces of milk, nuts, sulphites and soy.
