    Trablit Coffee Extract

    Liquid coffee extract. Intense flavor balances the sweetness of most coffee desserts.


    Storage Conditions:  Dry and cool (68- 72ºF, 20- 22ºC)

    Ingredients:  Coffee, water, sugar

    Applications: Flavoring of creams, flans, fondant

    Directions: Use for flavoring on a 20-25g per kg of preparation basis.
