The Gahara vanilla bean is from Batabulan, a small province on the island of Bali, Indonesia. In their unique curing process, this community takes the vanilla bean to higher standards. Their high natural vanillin content creates an astonishingly sweet and well-rounded flavor. Reduction: one fold.
