White Chocolate Mousse Mix
Glucose syrup; sugar; palm fat; emulsifier acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; modified starch; cocoa butter; milk protein; skimmed milk powder; gelling agent sodium alginate; acidity regulators diphosphates, calcium acetate and calcium sulphate; coloring food carrot extract; natural flavoring.
Storage Conditions: For powder - keep dry and cool, around 68ºF - 72ºF (20ºC - 22ºC). For finished product - refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
